dont thk so much. it's easy to say, i know.
but the point is, u cant count the number of years or the time u put in for a relationship.i mean, a relationship is not just abt those things. wat matter most is how well both of u get along and HOW FAR both of u will go... in the future.
no matter how much time u wasted in the relationship, if u go on just bcos of that, wat can it change ?
a few of my cousins pak thor for 3 to 4 years too, even my fren in uni (5 yrs), and my another gf in st georges last time, she n her bf were a famous couple..they were a couple for almost 7 yrs, but now, no more. it is not u alone. it is not time that matters. wat beneath ur relationship is wat matters most.
i read an article yst. a lady said... "marrying mr Wrong is worse than being single" cos she ll suffer her whole life with her guy, unless they get divorce. then, wats the point of getting married, when u already know ur marriage is of risk in the future...
