Well..banking is suppose to be a service field... SO ...
When it comes to service..
I believe there's nothing better then a warm smile accompanying by a courteous speech regardless of how the customers responded (OK...so who will go and complain if evrything is fine and satisfying right?)
So..get wat i mean?

YES..i understands ENGLISH perfectly and I believe that I am able to speak a more fluent English..
And YES..your explanation is totally a CHAOS because..
If any little child can calculate 2 days + 1 days = 3 days..
So why am I still waiting because today is already the third day?
No i did not get the date wrong..nor did i counted wrongly..
And did I mention how "effective" this particular lady is?
Its an ASAP thingy and I need the answer to my question ASAP..
I was waiting beside the phone for almost half an hour and no one called me..
And when I myself reach the branch..
It seems the my question was answered by the higher level but no one called me back to provide the answer..
